A new chapter in Granbury’s History
Granbury Square Plaza, located at the corner of Pearl Street and Crockett Street on the historic Granbury Square, is a new landmark destination for upscale retail, boutiques, shops, studios, office
suites and dining. Developers Ken Hackett and Richard Page acquired the old First United Methodist Church with a vision to create an environment rich in history, in a setting that offers unique amenities and services that both tenants and their guests will appreciate.
The development team utilized the talents of Shelby Miller, and historical photographs from the church site were used for architectural inspiration when designing the mission-style façade for Granbury Square Plaza. In renovating and creating the 40,000-square-foot retail and office plaza, the developers incorporated a covered pavilion and events plaza with a stage for private and civic groups, and landscaped plazas with fountains and relaxing public areas for a pleasurable experience for tenants and guests.
